1. Order Process
By placing an order on Huminity, you agree to the following terms. The ordering process involves: uploading photos, paying a preview fee, reviewing the AI-generated 3D model, selecting size and stand/packing options, making full payment, and receiving the finished miniature.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for uploading clear, usable photos. Poor quality images may result in a less accurate miniature. Huminity may request better photos if the uploaded images are insufficient for 3D model generation.
3. Image Quality Responsibility
The final output quality depends directly on the quality of photos submitted. Huminity is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from blurry, low-resolution, or obstructed images. Customers must ensure photos meet the guidelines provided on the upload page.
4. Preview Approval Responsibility
Once the customer approves the AI-generated 3D preview and confirms the order, production begins. Any variations between the approved preview and the final miniature due to handcrafting processes are normal and not considered defects.
5. Production Timeline
Estimated production timelines are provided on each size option. Timelines start after preview approval and full payment. Actual delivery may vary due to production volume, material availability, or logistics. Huminity will communicate any significant delays.
6. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. The preview fee of Rs. 399 is charged upfront to initiate 3D model generation. The balance amount is payable after size, stand, and packing selection. All prices include applicable GST.
7. Delivery Terms
Shipping is free across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Huminity is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
8. Rework Policy
Unlimited revisions are provided on the 3D preview before production begins. Once production starts, rework requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handcrafted nature of the product are not eligible for rework.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted. The preview fee is non-refundable once AI model generation has commenced.
10. Intellectual Property
Customer-uploaded photos and 3D models are used solely for order fulfilment. Huminity retains the right to use finished product images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the customer explicitly opts out.
11. Limitation of Liability
Huminity's total liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
