1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping across India on all orders. There are no hidden shipping charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
2. Shipping Timeline
Once the miniature is ready and has passed quality check, it is shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days across India via our courier partners. Remote locations may take slightly longer.
3. Order Processing Time
Shipping time is separate from production time. Production takes approximately 15-20 business days after preview approval. The complete timeline from order to delivery is typically 20-25 business days.
4. Packaging
All miniatures are carefully packed using high-quality protective materials including bubble wrap, foam inserts, and sturdy outer boxes to ensure safe transit. Premium and gift packing options are available at additional cost.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp (if enabled). You can track your order status on our Track Order page or directly on the courier partner's website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7. Shipping Damage
If your miniature arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Huminity is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon. For special international requests, please contact us and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
