Photo-based miniature accuracy is usually 80–90%, depending on photo quality, face clarity, lighting, angles, outfit details and available reference images. For highest life-like accuracy, we recommend booking a 360° scan appointment at the Huminity Experience Center.
After approving the 3D preview, it takes approximately 15-20 business days for handcrafting. Delivery is free across India and typically takes 3-5 additional days.
Our miniatures achieve 99% accuracy using advanced 3D scanning and handcrafting techniques. Every detail from facial expressions to clothing folds is meticulously replicated.
We offer unlimited revisions on the 3D preview before production. Once production begins, refunds are not available as each piece is custom-made. If there's damage during shipping, we'll remake it at no cost.
Upload 2-3 clear, well-lit photos. Front-facing photos work best. Avoid sunglasses or face coverings. Wear the outfit you want on your miniature for best results.

The Rs. 399 preview fee is deducted from your final order amount. You pay upfront to start the 3D design process, and it is adjusted against the total when you confirm the order.
