1. Preview Fee
The preview fee of Rs. 399 is charged to initiate AI-based 3D model generation. This fee is non-refundable once the AI generation process has started, as it involves computational resources and processing time.
2. Preview Fee Adjustment
The preview fee is fully adjustable against the final order amount. When you place your complete order, the Rs. 399 preview fee will be deducted from the total payable amount.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started (after preview approval and full payment), cancellations are not accepted as each miniature is custom-crafted for the customer.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if the order is cancelled before production begins. The preview fee will not be refunded if AI generation has already started. No refunds are available after production commences.
5. Rework / Correction Policy
Unlimited revisions are offered on the 3D preview before production begins. Once the customer approves the preview and production starts, we cannot accept correction requests for features that were visible in the approved preview.
6. Damaged Product Replacement
If the miniature arrives damaged due to shipping, Huminity will replace it at no additional cost. You must report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will remake and ship the replacement free of charge.
7. Image Quality Disclaimer
If the customer approved the preview and the final miniature matches the approved preview, no refund will be issued for dissatisfaction arising from original photo quality. Customers are encouraged to upload high-quality photos.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account as per the payment gateway's processing timeline.
